Crew 721 Plays Chrome & Punks

Venturing Crew 721 of the Baltimore Area Council, ventured into the world of Cyberpunk by running a Chrome & Punk session.

Chrome & Punks is a bare-bones version of the Cyberpunk Role-Playing Game and is based on Lasers & Feelings by John Harper. In the year 2643, our crew met in the future. Amidst the dirty sprawl and neon-bathed shadows of Corporate Mega-cities, our runners have embarked on a covert mission.

Each of our runners received an invitation from the capital to investigate a mysterious murder. Meeting each other on the train, along the way, they quickly became dubious of each other when a strange, mysteriously clothed robot arrived in their train car. Tension arose until they arrived at their destination at the capital. one of the members followed the Orion Robot, which then disappeared in the hustle and bustle of the city. As our runners continued to investigate, they surmised that the robot might be a rogue machine that is up to no good.

They went to the police precinct in the capital. They discovered that the robot in question was actually wanted for several felonies and had a bounty for its capture.

Upon contacting a forensics specialist they found out that an autopsy could not be performed on the victim due it it dissolving all tools that are used to perform the procedure. The specialist then requested that our runners go to the sewers to collect more evidence.
